Once again, EA’s marketing has been chipping away at me these past few months to the point where I’m now curious. It’s because of this that when Warfighter was announced, I paid very little attention. When you can kill someone at a snipers distance with a Type 88 Light Machine gun with very little recoil on the gun, things are not going well. Outside of the extremely short campaign and the jarring texture pop in, the biggest fault for me was the multiplayer which frankly, felt rushed. Sure, it sold well, but the gameplay was the biggest issue with gamers. EA did a great job creating hype prior to release, but unfortunately, the end product just didn’t live up to the lofty expectations. If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’re well aware of my thoughts on 2010’s Medal of Honor reboot.
